Blocking callers to a service

This service is only accessible through the portal. If you do not have this service on your portal account please contact support.

You can find the service in Call Handling > Global Settings

Then click on CLI Exceptions

Adding new exceptions

Click Add New Exception

You can then enter in the number of the caller, any comments and if you want to bar the CLI specifically from All Numbers or one in particular.

Deleting Exceptions

Click on CLI Exceptions

Click on View on the number you want to remove

Click on the Delete button
