How does it work?
This service allows an agent to conference in a Fusion number that will listen for DTMF RFC tones. This can be used on both in and outbound calls and is used with our Virtual Terminal Setup.

Click on the New Number button in the top right, choose the number and click Assign Number.

Operation Mode
These modes can change how the service handles the tagging of calls to Agents.
1. Single DDI, CLI determines the Agent ID
Used for agents that have individual CLIs.
Partial CLI Match
Enter in the partial CLI to match calls against.
Agent ID Length
Enter in the length of the agent IDs setup.
CLI Preview
Showing the CLI the service will pick up.
2. Each DDI is assigned to a single agent, with CLI match
A number for every agent. The CLI Match must match what is in the agent's Primary Extension.
Assigned Agent
Choose the agent associated with the number.
Agent CLI Match
The CLI of the agent.
3. Single DDI, agent enters #AgentID when connected
Agent dials in and puts in their Agent ID.
No further settings
4. Each DDI is assigned to a single agent, no CLI match
A number for every agent with no CLI matching
Assigned Agent
Choose the agent associated with the number.
Max Duration
The length of the call before hanging up.
Auto Hangup
Hangup automatically after 1-5 transactions
