Fusion

Updated by BCH Digital Support

How does it work?

This service allows an agent to conference in a Fusion number that will listen for DTMF RFC tones. This can be used on both in and outbound calls and is used with our Virtual Terminal Setup.

DTMF suppression is not supported on this service. Please check our inbound and outbound services instead.
