Add new agents
In the top right corner click on New Agent
Product Access
The same agent ID can have access to both the Virtual Terminal or the Pay By Link terminal.
Agent ID
Enter in an agent ID
Agent Name
Add a name for the agent ID
Email Address
Add an email address associated with the agent ID
Primary Extension
A primary extension is needed for services that call the agent, such as Union.
Secondary Extension
If the agent has more than one extension
New Password
A password for the agent to log into the Virtual Terminal
Password Setting
With this enabled the New Password can be temporary allowing the agent to choose their own upon first login.
Configure current agents
Clicking on the View button will allow you change any of the above settings of the agent including adding any further extensions.
