Atlas Admin Tools - Voicemails
What is it?
Listen to your voicemails on the portal.
Accessing the service
Go to Management & Reports > Atlas Admin Tools.
Click on Voicemails in the sub-menu.

Listening to voicemails
Received
The date and time the call was received.
Number Called
The number the caller dialed.
Callers Number
The number of the caller.
Emailed To
The address or group address the email was sent to.
Emailed At
The date and time the email was sent.
Transcript
A transcription of the voicemail.
Play
Play the voicemail in the browser.
Delete
Delete the voicemail.
Saving the voicemail
Click the 3 vertical dots on the web player

Click Download to save the file.
