Admin Tools

What is it?

This service provides a host of tools for use with your payment services, such as Call data, Disaster Recovery, SMS Receipt configuration and Blocked Cards.

Access the service

Go to Card Payment Processing and choose Admin Tools from the dropdown

If you don't see the service please contact contact Support.

Number Cloning

Clone a number to a single or multiple other numbers

Setup

Click on New Clone.

Choose the number you want as the Master number by clicking the Select button.

Choose the number(s) you want the Master to be replicated to by clicking the Select toggle.

Remove clones

Click the Remove button on each clone you want to remove.

Barred Callers

Bar callers from dialing into your services by clicking on the green + button

Entering in their number and an optional reason for the bar

You can now see the number, reason, the date it was added, the last call it attempted and how many calls since the bar

Disaster Recovery

Dialable Destinations

By default all outbound calls to 01/02, 0800/0808 and 07 mobile are allowed.

Service specific

To configure certain numbers to only allow to dial certain destinations click on the + Destination button

Choose the number to apply the configuration to, choose to allow or block agents dialing them then click Update

Allow / block specific destination

To allow or block a specific number you can use the + Exceptions button. This allows you to choose the number to apply it to, if the access is allowed or blocked and what prefix or number to choose.

SMS Receipts

When a transaction is authorised or declined and a mobile number is captured on the Automated service or Virtual Terminal, a specific SMS Receipt can be sent to this number. Click the Update button corresponding to the number you want to receipts setup on.

You can add specific originators and messages for each type utilizing our mail merge placeholders to get certain information of the transaction to the recipient.

Blocked Cards

Allow or block certain card types for specific numbers the customer is using. This can be filtered by Card Type and Brand.

Emails

Shows all emails sent from the platform to the user or agent including the date time and contents of the email.

Voicemails

Any voicemails left by callers can be listened to on this page.

Calls

Shows calls going through the platform. Includes Call Start time and caller's number.

Progress

Show's step by step the actions taken on the call for troubleshooting.

Details

Shows the call log details. This is used in troubleshooting with BCH Support.
