Assigning Services to numbers
How does it work?
Assign a service to a number that you've allocated to an account based on the platform it's assigned to.
Access the service
Log into the user portal and go to Management & Reports > Number Management

Click Manage in the sub heading

Search the number
Click on the Search icon in the top right

Search Parameters
To narrow down the selection
Platform
The platform the number is assigned to.
Service
The service it's currently on.
Number
The number. If you've ordered one number enter the number here and search without choosing any other parameters.
Description
The description of the number.
Now click on the Search button:

Assign the service
Click on the Edit button. Here you can update the Account the number is on, the New Service and the Description.
Change the New Service dropdown to the service you require, then click Update Service.

The number will now be accessible from the portal service on the Account.
Bulk operations
Search
If you need to search ranges just search for any number of digits to narrow it down eg 0161 or 0161393 to return multiple values.

Assign
One more than one number is returned you can click the Bulk Select toggle, then the Bulk Edit button.

You can then update the Account, New Service and Description.
