Outbound Collect Plus
Assign the service
Numbers for the Inbound Collect Plus service are allocated to your account from a Support request. We can then allocate a service number to you. These numbers are 0888 internal numbers specific for this service.
Configure the service
Click on the Configure button on the right hand side of the number you wish to use

Agent
Choosing an agent from the dropdown will have the dial pad shown on the Virtual Terminal to agent. Each agent that uses this service must have a Primary Extension setup in Agents so that the service can dial the Agent before it dials the destination.
CLI Presentation
Enter a specific CLI to be displayed to the Destination. This must be in +44 format (eg +441615377707)
Call Recording
Choose to record calls. Or not.
Timeout
How long should the service try the Destination you want to dial.
The service will now be configured
