To see the information about your agent click on your Details:

You will now see a page holding all the working details and numbers associated with your agent ID

  1. Your organisation name
  2. Your Agent ID extension
  3. Your direct number straight to your payment phone (if setup)
  4. Your direct SMS number straight to your payment phone (if setup)
  5. Your CLI
  6. You can select from a number of CLIs setup on the account
  7. For use with 2fa for gaining access to your agent's ppuser site.
  8. Outbound working hours. You can only make outbound calls on these days and times
  9. Inbound working hours. You can only receive calls on these days and times.

You also have the option to update your personal and work details.

When any changes have been made on this page you need to click Update Your Details
